Panasonic, one of the prominent global marketers in plasma technology, has launched a plasma TV that satisfies the consumer needs. Panasonic has always recognised the varying needs of consumers. Thus they have included the new Panasonic TH42PD60CAB Plasma TV to the viera range, incorporating Free View Tuners for additional digital effect. With Panasonic’s pioneering technology that delivers the best images, V-Real can produce an excellent plasma performance. Panasonic TH42PD60CAB Plasma TV is a tuner integrated set. This set includes DVB digital tuner. The tuner integrated with this plasma is PLL synthesizer with 100-position auto-search facility. The broadcast stereo reception used is NICAM (FM) the receiving systems are PAL -I, DVB; PAL -552/60, NTSC, M-NTSC. The diagonally measured screen size is 42 inches. The system has a G9 type progressive HD Plasma Panel. It is also compatible for PC signals. The display colour is up to a maximum of 29 billion equivalent colours. The contrast ratio of this plasma is 10,000: 1. Both the full range speakers are of 20 W output. The total number of pixels is 408,960 (852 x 480).
