Philips has announced its new 9704 LED TV range. Philips proclaims that this is their first Led TV range to use the LED Pro technology that gives a brilliant contrast level of 5000000:1. It is an energy efficient LED TV range , since, comparatively, it uses about 50% lesser power. Its panel has around 224 LEDs, about 75% more than its previous versions. It is, in fact, possible to brighten or dim different sections of this LED TV range. Its images have great clarity and bright splashes of colours.

Philips 9704 LED TV range uses the Ambilight Spectra 3 feature for light projection around the TV sides on to the wall.
