LG and SKY will combine to launch 3D TV service

The partnership has already seen good relationship among the people as they enjoyed watching 3D TV in clubs and pubs nationwide.
UK and Ireland will start receiving the broadcast of the 3D television programmes from Sky. It will broadcast live coverage of the Ryder Cup together with the promotion of a range of 3D TVs from LG. This will be enjoyed by about 2.9 million customers.
Both the new and existing customers can enjoy exclusive offers from both Sky and LG. This will ultimately bring 3D experience straight in to your living rooms.
The details of the exclusive Sky customer deals will be announced in a few days.
The announcement about the launch of the LG’s first 3D Plasma Television (PX990) was made at IFA, Berlin.
The new model is built with 3D technology and will be first in the world to receive 3D THX Certification.

This new model is also designed with 2D to 3D picture conversion facility and 600Hz technology for smooth motion of 2D and 3D pictures. This model also delivers good quality conversion capabilities.
LG has also announced about the introduction of 31-inch OLED TV screen and 180-inch plasma 3D TV proving its leadership in the TV technology.
