Panasonic TX P46G10B – 46″ Plasma TV is a new release from
Panasonic implementing the 12th generation Plasma technology. Its images are displayed on a 46” widescreen display of resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels. The TV has dimensions of 113 x 40.1 x 76.7cm including stand and weighs about 32 kg.
Images are displayed in 1080p format. It has a contrast ratio of 40000:1 and a dynamic contrast ratio of 2000000:1. Images are displayed with an aspect ratio of 16:9. Progressive scanning is enabled in this television. Response time is as low as 0.001ms. 24p real cinema setting is another notable feature of the device. Widescreen modes of the TV are zoom, conventional, auto wide and just settings of ratio 14:9, 4:3 and 16:9 respectively. Total pixels displayed are 2,073,600.
This plasma TV supports interfaces like component, composite, HDMI, S-Video and SCART. It can also be connected to the PC using the VGA (HD-15) pins. A Common interface is also provided in the TV. This advanced TV is HDCP compatible.

It stores about 1500 pages in its memory. Other features of the TV include Video noise reduction, parental control, on-screen menu, Q-link, screen saver, VIERA Link, Intelligent Frame Creation Pro 600 Hz, V-REAL PRO 4, game mode, x.v.Colour and 3D Colour Management. Picture adjustments can be carried out with Dynamic, Normal, Cinema and Game modes.
This TV gives out the best of stereo sound to its viewers. It has got a built-in surround sound system that provides Dolby Digital Plus sound effect through its in built decoders. There are two speakers of 20 Watts power included in the device. An infrared remote control is provided along with the TV.
