Panasonic TH-42PX77U is one of the two HDTV Plasma TV series that were rolled out by Matshuita Electrical Co in the early 2007. This gleaming, black framed TV is one of the finest designs ever created by Panasonic for its Plasma Television sets. The speakers are placed on either side of the TV, making it a bit wider, but well fit into the overall design. What is unique about the glossy screen is that it is glare resistant thanks to the coating of anti-glare substance. On the bottom of the panel, you can find adjustment switches for S-video and SD card slot. Overall, the Panasonic TH-42PX77U can impress anybody with its elegant design features.

This TV has provision for SD card, so you can watch digital photos with the help of SD card along with various settings. It is also provided with ATSC tuner card and has PAP feature which allows you to view two pictures side by side on the screen.
Panasonic TH-42PX77U has provision for number of inputs two HDMI inputs, two video inputs, two A/V inputs. It also has an audio output which can transmit digital sound to the speakers. However there is no input for PC in this model.
The black levels rendered by Panasonic TH-42PX77U are excellent and the details in the dark background are well displayed and the glare-proof screen is an added advantage in ambient light conditions.
